We search pet supplies from all over the world. The shop owns by a girl who simply loves pets and shopping. 什麼是代購?

代購顧名思義 代替大家飛到世界各地購買各式各樣嘅寵物用品;我們會飛到世界各地幫大家搜羅各式各樣精緻的寵物用品,務求鄺闊香港的入口寵物用品。

我們的工作包括:翻譯,了解貨品特性性質,製作圖文,經營網站及實體店,店面運作,了解客人需要從而發放有用資訊在網站或群組,安排物流寄送到香港,安排寄貨等等。

請留意‼️ 代購的貨品沒有任何維修包裝保養,我們只協助購買,因此如有任何關於商品的詳細資訊或問題,我們僅可代為查詢!(售後服務我們會盡力與各商家溝通,但有關退貨退款我們則量力而為)

As the name suggests, we travel all over the world to search for all kinds of pet supplies on behalf of you; we hope to enrich our insights for pet goods, wishing to get the best for our furkids.

Our work includes: translation, understanding the characteristics and nature of goods, producing graphics, operating websites and physical stores, storefront operations, understanding customer needs thereby distributing useful information on websites or groups, arranging logistics to Hong Kong, arranging shipping and so on .

Meanwhile, our products mostly do not have any maintenance or packaging warranty, please understand we only assist in the purchase process, so if you have any detailed information or questions about the goods, we can only inquire on your behalf!

  • 如客人收到貨品後有任何使用上或貨品上的疑問我們樂意為您解答
  • 貨品出門後,基於衛生問題任何理由都不設退換(如客人擔心貨品品質可先到門市看實物後決定購買)
  • 如有任何到貨後的破損情況,我們需要聯絡供應商換貨的話,我們會預先通知客人,安排妥善後才寄出貨品給客人
  • 清貨/減價貨品不設退換亦不設任何售後服務,恕不另行通知。
  • 如客人希望我們聯絡供應商解答更深入的問題,我們可替客人詢問。

如有任何爭議 Happy3pets保留最終決定權。

  • If the customer has any questions about use or the goods after receiving the goods, we will be happy to answer them for you.
  • After the goods are shipped out, they will not be returned or exchanged for any reason due to hygiene issues (if customers are worried about the quality of the goods, they can first go to the store to see the actual product before making a purchase decision).
  • If there is any damage after arrival and we need to contact the supplier to exchange the goods, we will notify the customer in advance and make arrangements before sending the goods to the customer.
  • Clearance/sale items are non-returnable and do not provide any after-sales service without prior notice.
  • If the customer wants us to contact the supplier to answer more in-depth questions, we can ask them on their behalf.

    In case of any dispute, Happy3pets reserves the right of final decision.
